About Custom Corrugated Boxes
Some products defeat a regular carton. Long items, awkward shapes, sets that have to travel in separate compartments, boxes that need to be carried by hand, packaging that has to open in a particular way — all of it needs a dieline drawn for the job.
Corrugated is a good material for this because it can be die cut into almost any development and still hold its strength through the flute. Partitions can be cut from the same board, handles can be die cut into the panel and reinforced, and apertures can be placed wherever the product needs them.
These projects begin with structural design and a hand-made sample, not with artwork.
Customisation options
Construction, board, print and finishing are all specified per project. If something you need is not listed, ask — most requirements can be produced in house.

Frequently asked questions
How do custom corrugated projects start?
With the product and the problem. Send dimensions or a sample, explain how it needs to be packed, carried and opened, and we will propose a structure and produce a sample before any tooling is made.
Can handles be cut into the box?
Yes. Die cut handles are common on heavier boxes, usually with a reinforcing patch behind so the board does not tear. Tell us the filled weight so it can be specified properly.
Are partitions cut from the same board?
They can be, or supplied as separate fitments. Cutting them from the same blank is neater for small compartment counts; separate fitments are easier to fill for larger grids.
Is there a tooling cost?
Yes, a one-off cost for the cutting die and structural design. It is spread across the run, so it matters most on short quantities.
