About Bottle Labels
Bottles introduce a problem flat surfaces do not: curvature. A label that is too tall for the radius of the bottle will lift at its top and bottom edges, because the material is being asked to bend in a direction it does not want to.
The fix is dimensional. Label height is specified against the bottle radius, and where a taller label is genuinely needed, a more conformable stock is used.
Conditions matter just as much. A bottle that goes in a chiller faces condensation; one in a bathroom faces humidity and wet hands; one holding oil will get oil on the label. Each points to a different stock and adhesive.
Customisation options
Construction, board, print and finishing are all specified per project. If something you need is not listed, ask — most requirements can be produced in house.

Send us the bottle, or its diameter and the height available on the straight section. Both numbers are needed to size a label that will sit flat.
Tell us where the bottle will be stored — chilled, humid, or handled with wet hands — so stock and adhesive can be specified for it.
Why choose a bottle labels
Sits flat and stays flat
Sizing to the bottle radius is what stops the edges lifting a week after application.
Specified for the conditions
Chilled, humid and oily environments each need a different stock. Choosing for the real conditions avoids labels failing in the field.
Consistent across a set
Front, back and neck labels are produced together so colour and finish match across all three.
Produced at our Ajman facility
Printed, finished and die cut at our Ajman facility. Where the bottle shape is unusual, we apply a sample label to an actual bottle and check it after a settling period rather than judging it flat off the press.
Where this packaging is used
- Beverages and water
- Cosmetics and skincare
- Perfume and fragrance
- Oils and condiments
- Home fragrance and diffusers
Frequently asked questions
Why do labels lift at the edges on bottles?
Almost always because the label is too tall for the radius of the bottle. The material resists bending across its height and slowly peels at the top and bottom edges. Sizing to the curve, or using a more conformable stock, fixes it.
What do you need to size a bottle label?
The bottle diameter and the height of the straight section where the label goes. If you can send an actual bottle, better still — we will apply a sample and check it after settling.
Will the label survive refrigeration?
With the right stock and adhesive, yes. Condensation is the issue, and it needs a moisture-resistant synthetic stock with an adhesive rated for cold application. Tell us if the bottle is chilled.
Can you produce front, back and neck labels together?
Yes, and it is worth doing. Producing a set in one run keeps colour and finish consistent across all three, which is hard to guarantee if they are ordered separately.
