The construction

Corrugated board is a fluted core sandwiched between liners. That flute is what does the work: it absorbs impact, resists crushing under stacking, and lets a relatively light box carry a surprising amount of weight.

For e-commerce, corrugated is doing two jobs at once. It has to survive a courier network, and it is also the first physical thing your customer touches. A printed mailer box handles both; a plain shipping carton handles only the first, and costs less accordingly.

We manufacture corrugated packaging to your dimensions in Ajman — printed, die cut and supplied flat.

Corrugated mailer boxes

A one-piece die cut box with a tuck-in lid. No tape needed to close, and the inside can be printed for the unboxing moment.

E-commerce boxes

Mailers specified around courier handling and the customer opening them — right-sized to reduce void fill and dimensional weight.

Non-standard constructions with partitions, inserts, handles or die cut apertures for products that do not fit a regular carton.

Manufacturing

Made at our Ajman facility

Corrugated work is printed and die cut to the approved dieline, then folded and glued or supplied flat for self-assembly depending on the construction. Mailer boxes are cut as a single piece so there is no glue seam to fail in transit.

Sizing is where most corrugated projects are won or lost. A box that is 20 mm too large in every direction costs more board, needs more void fill and may push a consignment into a higher dimensional weight band. We size to the product.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What size should my mailer box be?

As close to the product as packing allows. Every extra centimetre adds board cost, void fill and dimensional weight on the courier bill. Send us the dimensions of what you are shipping, including any protective wrap, and we will work back to an internal box size.

Can corrugated boxes be printed on the inside?

Yes, and for e-commerce it is often worth it. The inside of a mailer is the first thing a customer sees when the box opens, and printing it is usually a smaller cost increase than people expect. It can be a single Pantone colour rather than full colour.

What is the difference between a mailer box and a shipping box?

A mailer is a single die cut piece with a tuck-in lid that closes without tape, designed to be presentable when it arrives. A shipping box is a regular slotted carton assembled and taped, built purely for transit. Mailers cost more per unit; shipping boxes are the right answer when nobody is going to look at the box.

Do you supply plain corrugated boxes?

Yes. Where a box is purely for transit and will never be seen by an end customer, plain kraft corrugated is the most economical option and we supply it in your dimensions.
