About Pizza Boxes
A pizza box is a structural problem disguised as a simple one. It has to hold a hot, heavy, floppy product flat, resist steam and grease from below, survive being stacked in a delivery bag, and still be openable with one hand.
E-flute corrugated does most of that work. The flute gives rigidity across the span so the base does not sag under a large pizza, and it insulates well enough to keep the product hot through a delivery.
Print is usually one or two colours. Full colour on corrugated is possible but rarely worth it on a box that will be grease-marked within minutes.
Customisation options
Construction, board, print and finishing are all specified per project. If something you need is not listed, ask — most requirements can be produced in house.

Standard sizes cover most menus. If you serve an unusual diameter or a square pizza, we make the box to match rather than asking the product to fit the packaging.
One or two Pantone colours on kraft corrugated is the usual specification and looks better than full colour on this substrate.

Frequently asked questions
What sizes do you produce?
The common diameters, plus any custom size your menu needs including square formats. Tell us the pizza diameter and we will size the box with the right clearance.
Should pizza boxes be printed in full colour?
One or two Pantone colours is the usual choice. Full colour is possible but the surface will be grease-marked within minutes of the box being filled, so the extra cost rarely earns its place.
Do pizza boxes need vents?
They help. Vents let steam escape so the base of the pizza stays crisper. Not every operator wants them, because they also let heat out — it is a trade-off worth deciding deliberately.
Can you supply plain pizza boxes?
Yes. Plain kraft corrugated is the most economical option where branding is handled by a sticker or a sleeve instead.
