Who we are
Valentino Box & Packaging Industry LLC manufactures custom packaging — rigid boxes, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, paper bags, food packaging and labels — at our own facility in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what happens to information you give us through this website, and what the website collects on its own.
It describes this website as it is actually built. Where something does not apply to us, we have left it out rather than including it for the sake of completeness.
Information you give us
The website has two enquiry forms: the short form on the Contact page and the fuller specification form on Get a Quote. Both are handled the same way. Only three fields are required — your name, your email address and your phone number. Everything else is optional and exists so we can quote accurately without a second round of questions.
Depending on which form you use and how much you choose to fill in, we may receive:
- Your name, company name, email address, phone number and WhatsApp number
- The emirate or city you are in
- The product or packaging category you are asking about
- Quantity, dimensions and the unit of measurement
- Material, printing, finishing and insert requirements
- A preferred delivery date
- Any notes or description of the project you add
Please send only what is needed to quote your packaging. There is no field on this website that asks for payment details, identification documents or any other sensitive personal information, and you should not send those through these forms.
Files you upload
The quotation form lets you attach up to two files — artwork and a reference image. Accepted formats are PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, EPS and ZIP, up to 10 MB each. The file type is checked on our server rather than trusted from your browser.
Uploaded files are stored in a location that is not publicly reachable: direct web access to the folder is blocked, and the files can only be opened by a signed-in administrator through the WordPress admin area. They are not attached to notification emails and are not published anywhere on this website.
Information collected automatically
When you submit an enquiry we also record the date and time it arrived, a quotation reference such as VQ-20260101-ABCD, and the address of the page you submitted it from, so we know which product you were looking at.
To limit automated abuse, the form counts recent submissions from your connection. Your IP address is used to build that counter, but it is stored only as an irreversible hash for a short period and is never attached to your enquiry record. The forms also include a hidden field that people do not see and a check on how quickly the form was completed; both are anti-spam measures and neither collects information about you.
Each time the form is displayed it is given a random one-time identifier so that a refresh or a double click cannot record your enquiry twice. That identifier is a random string and contains nothing about you.
Like almost all web servers, our hosting provider keeps operational logs of requests made to the site. These are managed by the hosting provider as part of running and securing the service.
How we use this information

- To prepare a quotation, and to follow up on it with you
- To ask you for anything missing that we need in order to quote
- To keep a record of enquiries and quotations we have issued
- To operate, secure and maintain this website
We do not sell your information. We do not use enquiry details to send marketing or newsletters, because this website has no mailing list and no marketing sign-up. If that ever changes, it would be a separate, clearly labelled choice — not something bundled into sending an enquiry.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website itself does not set any cookies for visitors. We have checked this across the home page, the packaging pages, a product page, the blog, the Contact page and the Get a Quote page: the server sets no cookies, and the website’s own script stores nothing in your browser.
Because there is no shopping cart and no checkout anywhere on this site, no basket, session or order cookies are created either. Cookies are used only for administrators signing in to manage the site.
The one exception is analytics, described next.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, added through the Google Site Kit plugin, to understand which pages people find useful and how they reach us. It loads Google’s tag from googletagmanager.com and sets first-party analytics cookies in your browser — typically named _ga and _ga_BYBTWSNJQV — which Google uses to distinguish one visitor from another and to group visits into sessions.
This is genuine analytics rather than advertising. This property is not linked to Google Ads or AdSense, and no advertising or remarketing conversion tracking is configured on it.
You can prevent analytics cookies from being stored by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by using Google’s own opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to browse the site or send an enquiry.
Who else is involved
We keep the number of third parties deliberately small. Those genuinely involved are:
- Our hosting provider, which hosts the website and its database and delivers it through their content delivery network, and whose mail service delivers our notification emails
- Google, which provides the analytics described above
Links on this site to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to those services from this website unless you choose to click through, at which point that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
Other than the above, we do not share enquiry information with third parties. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose they were sent for — replying to you, preparing and following up a quotation, and keeping a record of quotations we have issued — and for as long as we may reasonably need them for legitimate business or legal reasons afterwards.
We have not set an arbitrary fixed period, because a packaging enquiry can turn into an order months later and a quotation may need to be honoured or referred back to. If you would like your enquiry and any files you sent removed, please contact us and we will do so, unless we are required to keep them.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. Enquiry records are stored privately and are not publicly viewable, listed or searchable on this website. Uploaded files are kept out of public reach and are only accessible to a signed-in administrator. Every form submission is validated and checked for cross-site request forgery, and the site is served over HTTPS.
No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. If you have something genuinely sensitive to send, please contact us first and we will agree a suitable way to send it.
Links to other websites
This website links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services, and we would encourage you to read their policies before providing information to them.
Your choices
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it and simply close the enquiry. Write to us at the address below and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Because our enquiry records are indexed by the email address and phone number given on the form, please write from the same email address you used, or tell us the quotation reference, so we can find the right record.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website changes. The date below shows when it was last revised, and any updated version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
