About E-commerce Boxes
E-commerce packaging is judged twice. Once by the courier network, which will drop it, stack it and charge by volume as well as weight. And once by the customer, who sees it before they see the product.
Those two audiences pull in different directions, and most of the work is in resolving them. Right-sizing satisfies the courier and reduces cost. Interior printing, a clean tuck closure and a well-fitted insert satisfy the customer. Neither has to be sacrificed for the other.
We specify e-commerce packaging around both — the flute against the handling it will get, and the finish against the moment the box is opened.
Customisation options
Construction, board, print and finishing are all specified per project. If something you need is not listed, ask — most requirements can be produced in house.

If you ship a range of product sizes, it is usually worth working out two or three box sizes that cover most orders rather than one compromise size. Tell us the spread of what you send and we will suggest a size set.
Inserts, printed tissue, belly bands and closure stickers can all be supplied alongside the boxes.
Why choose a e-commerce boxes
Lower cost per shipment
Right-sized boxes cut void fill and can move a consignment into a lower dimensional weight band.
Fewer damaged deliveries
A product held in place by a fitted insert survives handling far better than one moving inside an oversized box.
The delivery becomes brand contact
For an online business the box is often the only physical thing a customer receives. It is worth designing.
Produced at our Ajman facility
Printed, die cut and creased at our Ajman facility and supplied flat. Where a size set is being produced, we sample each size so the fit and the closure are confirmed across the range before production.
Inserts are produced alongside the boxes so the fit is verified as a pair.

Frequently asked questions
How many box sizes should we stock?
Usually two or three rather than one. A single compromise size means most orders ship in a box that is too large. Send us the range of what you despatch and we will suggest a size set that covers most orders tightly.
What is dimensional weight and why does it matter?
Couriers charge on whichever is greater: actual weight or a figure calculated from the box volume. A large, light parcel is often billed on volume, which is why an oversized box costs money on every shipment.
Can you supply inserts as well?
Yes, and it is worth producing them with the box so the fit is confirmed as a pair rather than reconciled afterwards. Paperboard inserts suit most products; foam is better for heavier or more fragile items.
Do you supply printed tape or stickers?
Closure stickers, belly bands and printed tissue can be produced alongside the boxes so the whole package is consistent.
