This website is operated by Valentino Box & Packaging Industry LLC, a custom packaging manufacturer based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to your use of the website itself. They are not a contract for the supply of packaging — that is covered separately, as explained below.

What this website is for
The website exists to show the packaging we manufacture and to let you send us an enquiry. It is a catalogue and a quotation request, not a shop. There are no prices, no basket and no checkout anywhere on this site, and nothing on it can be bought online.
Descriptions of constructions, materials, printing and finishing are provided in good faith to help you understand what is possible. They are general information about packaging types rather than a specification for your particular project.
Enquiries, quotations and orders
These are three different things and it is worth being clear about them.
- An enquiry is you telling us what you are trying to package. Sending one places you under no obligation, and it does not form a contract or oblige us to supply anything.
- A quotation is our written response setting out what we propose to make, on what materials and finishing, in what quantity, and at what price. A quotation is an invitation to proceed. It is valid only on its own stated terms and for whatever period it states.
- An order exists only once a quotation has been separately accepted and confirmed between us, on the commercial terms agreed at that point.
Nothing you submit through this website, and no automatic acknowledgement the website shows you afterwards, creates a contract or commits either of us to a sale. The quotation reference the site displays is a way of finding your enquiry again; it is not a confirmed order.
We may decline or withdraw a quotation, and we may correct an error in one, before it has been accepted.
Product images and illustrations
Images on this website illustrate packaging types and constructions. They are shown so you can recognise the format being described — a magnetic closure box, a tuck end carton, a rope handle bag — rather than to depict a specific customer’s finished job.
Colour is the usual thing to watch. How a colour appears depends on your screen, on the board or paper it is printed on, and on the printing and finishing process used, so what you see here will not match a printed result exactly. Where colour matters, we work from Pantone references and a physical sample rather than from a screen.
The specification that actually governs your packaging is the one set out in your quotation and in the artwork and physical sample you approve before production — not anything shown on this website.
Custom manufacture
Packaging we make is manufactured to your specification. Dimensions, board, print and finish are chosen for each project. Reasonable variation between an approved sample and a production run can occur in materials, colour and finishing; where that matters for your product, tell us and we will address it in the quotation and at sampling.
Portfolio and examples
Any project shown in the Portfolio section that is labelled as a sample or example is exactly that — a demonstration of how a project page is laid out. It is not client work, and the specifications on it are illustrative.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — its text, layout, design, graphics and images — belongs to Valentino Box & Packaging Industry LLC or is used with permission. You may view it, and print or download extracts for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
Artwork you send us stays yours. We use it to quote, to prepare dielines and prepress, and to manufacture your packaging. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any artwork, logo, image or text you send us, and for making sure that what you ask us to print does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
Please use this website lawfully and reasonably. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, submit anything unlawful or malicious through its forms, or use automated systems to submit enquiries or extract content in bulk. We limit how often the enquiry forms can be used from one connection in order to keep them working for genuine visitors.
Links to other websites
This website links to services we do not operate, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. We may also update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies, and the date below shows when it was last revised.
Liability
The website is provided for information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on a written quotation and an approved sample, nor for loss arising from the website being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our responsibilities in relation to packaging we actually supply are governed by the quotation and the commercial terms agreed for that order, not by these website terms.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website. Terms governing a specific supply of packaging are set out in the relevant quotation and order documentation.
