About Product Cartons
Standard carton styles cover most requirements. When they do not, the answer is a structure designed around the product rather than the product being made to fit a style.
That covers a lot of ground: cartons with internal partitions separating multiple units, integrated fitments that hold an item in position, non-standard closures, cartons that open into a display, and multi-compartment packs.
These projects start with structural design rather than artwork. We work out how the carton has to behave — how it is filled, how it is opened, what has to be held where — and the dieline follows from that.
Customisation options
Construction, board, print and finishing are all specified per project. If something you need is not listed, ask — most requirements can be produced in house.

These start with a conversation about how the pack has to work rather than a format choice. Useful things to send: the product or its dimensions, how it will be filled, whether the carton needs to survive shipping, and any reference packaging you like.
We prepare the structural design and a physical sample before anything goes to print.
Why choose a product cartons
The structure follows the product
Partitions and fitments hold each item where it should be, instead of relying on wrap or void fill.
Solves problems a standard carton cannot
Multi-compartment packs, unusual opening actions and integrated display all need a purpose-built dieline.
Proven on a sample first
Custom structures are confirmed on a physical sample, so the fit is verified before a production run is committed.
Produced at our Ajman facility
Structural design, dieline and a hand-made sample come first. Once the sample is approved the cutting die is made, and the carton is printed, finished, die cut and glued at our Ajman facility.
Complex structures may need more than one glue operation or partial hand assembly, which is confirmed during sampling.

Frequently asked questions
How does a custom carton project start?
With the product and how it has to be packed. Send us the item or its dimensions, tell us how it is filled and how it should open, and we will propose a structure. Artwork comes after the structure is settled.
Will I see a sample before production?
Yes. Custom structures are always sampled — it is the only reliable way to confirm the fit, the fold and the opening action before committing to a cutting die and a print run.
Can a carton include internal partitions?
Yes, either cut as part of the same blank or as separate fitments dropped in. Which approach is better depends on the number of compartments and how the pack is filled.
Is a custom structure much more expensive?
There is a one-off cost for structural design and tooling. The per-unit cost is usually close to a standard carton of similar size, so the difference matters most on short runs.
